The Performing Arts in Park City
Park City offers a large array of performing arts venues for one to enjoy. In the summer it is a great setting for outdoor concerts at either Deer Valley Resort or the Canyons Resort as well as live stage performances along Park City's Main Street. The Egyptian Theater on Main Street offers live "Off Broadway" style theatre. On the first weekend of August Main Street is shut down and turned into the site for the annual Park City Art's Festival. Then in January, there is the famous Sundance Film Festival. So not only is Park City a great place for outdoor recreation enthusiasts but it also appeals to those interested in the performing arts as well.
