Gift Card Program
For buyers who I represent in purchasing their next home, condo or lot in the Park City area can receive up to a $1000 Gift Card as a thank you gift.
Besides looking out for my client's best interest, I want to thank my clients for doing business with me. With the purchase of a new home or condo in the Park City area, there are many new things a home buyer would like to purchase to set up their new place. I will provide a gift card to the Merchant of their choice since everyone has a different need for their new home. If your ski condo or home is fully furnished and you don't need anything for it then you may want to participate in my Ski Pass Program instead. A few restrictions apply but you will receive your Gift Card of choice approximately 5 business days after funding of the closing on a home, condo or vacant lot that I represent you on as a buyer's agent. The amount of the gift card will depend on the purchase price of your home, condo or lot.
- Up to $500,000 receive a $500 Gift Card
- Over $500,000 receive a $1000 Gift Card
- Over $1,000,000 will discuss
