Park City Utah Foreclosures for Sale
In Park City there are occassionally foreclosed properties that become bank owned properties and more often there are short sale properties in which the seller is selling their property for less than what they owe on their home, condo or townhome. The bank owned properties can close quickly like a regular purchase of property but the short sale properties can take several months to close. The short sale properties take longer because the sellers are working out a price with the bank that is less than what they owe. If you are looking to purchase a property within a short specific period of time then, I would recommend against considering a short sale property but if you aren't in a hurry and are willing to be patient then a short sale may be a great opportunity.
