There are many available and it is best to interview several before choosing one. Depending on where your property is some may specialize in certain areas compared to others. Besides providing excellent service it is also important to consider how well they advertise to optimize occupancy for your unit. Many can provide rental projections or even rental histories. They typically take a cut of 40-50% of the gross revenue in the Park City area. You also need to check with the CC&R’s for the property to see if they require you to use a specific company. There are many vacation rental by owner sites available to post your site to optimize getting potential renters. Then you need to keep track of availability and booking as well as payment. One way to get the key to the renter is to use a lockbox with a key at the property for the renter to access the key without needing a front desk or property management company and then work with a reputable cleaning service to arrange either daily or weekly cleaning.
