Tip on Placing a Deer Valley Second Home in a Rental Pool
If you are planning to purchase a single family home in the Deer Valley Resort area and want to place in a rental pool, then you need to be careful as to which subdivision you buy your home. Recently, I was at a realtor's open house day and visited a home that was just re-listed to sell. The owners had placed their Deer Valley home in a rental pool but the neighborhood CC&Rs didn't allow it so one of the neighbors threatened to sue. You certainly don't want that to happen.
