Tip on Placing a Deer Valley Second Home in a Rental Pool

If you are planning to purchase a single family home in the Deer Valley Resort area and want to place in a rental pool, then you need to be careful as to which subdivision you buy your home. Recently, I was at a realtor's open house day and visited a home that was just re-listed to sell. The owners had placed their Deer Valley home in a rental pool but the neighborhood CC&Rs didn't allow it so one of the neighbors threatened to sue. You certainly don't want that to happen. The overall Deer Valley area allows for nightly rentals but various subdivisions within Deer Valley may not allow it or restrict how long and how often you may place it in a rental pool.
