The new Silverado Condohotel Project at the Canyons Resort has finished and so condos are starting to close. We are starting to see resale units hit the market starting at $249,900 for a studio.  There are also a few developer 2 bedroom units on the market as well.  The resales tend to be flexible in pricing whereas developer units aren't (the price is the price). So if you are looking for a new construction ski condo at a ski resort then the Silverado project might be the place to consider.  These units come fully furnished and ready to place in a rental pool.  These condos are a very short walk to the lifts and offer a great value for brand new construction in a ski resort village environment. The Village at Empire Pass has been the hot market spot at Deer Valley Resort during the 2006/2007 ski season.
