Park City Condominium Sales for 2008 by Park City Area
In the greater Park City area the number of transactions were 483 in 2008 which was down by 39% compared to 2007 and the median sold price of a condo was $495,000 in 2008 which was down by 12% compared to 2007. In the Park City city limits the number of transactions were down by 45% in 2008 and the median sold price was $825,000 which was down by 17% compared to 2007. In the Snyderville Basin area the number of transactions were down by 31% and the median sold price was $430,000 which was down by 2% compared to 2007.
