Park City Real Estate Market Data for 2012 Year End

I put together a video with data I pulled from the Park City Board of Realtors recently released Year End Report.  The inventory is shrinking and the number of solds are increasing.  It sure appears we have turned the corner.  I'm also seeing far fewer bank owned listings and short sale listings.
