How's the Park City Market?

The Park City Real Estate Market is showing a trend to lower inventory with prices starting to go up.  I've also noticed that well priced nice properties selling quickly these days.  There are far fewer distressed properties (Bank Owned and Short Sales). The other day I saw in just a few days a Short Sale Single Family Home with about 9 multiple offers.
