Vail is now managing Canyons Resort so Canyons Ski Resort is now part of the Vail Epic Pass. The earlier you buy your EPIC or Local EPIC pass the better the price. Currently they are offering the Locals EPIC Pass for $529 and the regular EPIC Pass for $689. For details on the various EPIC passes Click Here. The Canyons Resort continues to improve in what it has to offer. My plan is to get the Locals EPIC pass!
Outside Magazine just picked for 2013 Park City Utah as the Best Place to Live. I have to say they are spot on. I feel so lucky I've lived here for over 20 years. As a Realtor, I find more people are discovering this wonderful town. It is a great place to live. I do find more families moving here to live full time besides looking to purchase a second home property.
