Fast Selling Park City Neighborhood

Recently local lender Rick Klein at Wells Fargo calculated from data he obtained from the Park City Board of Realtors the absorption rates for the various Park City Utah neighborhoods. It turned out for both condos and single family homes that the fastest selling area for the First Quarter of 2014 is the Silver Springs neighborhood. The absorption rate of condos for sale is 1.5 months and the absorption rate for homes for sale is 1.03 months.

This is a popular neighborhood for families who live here full time with young children.  This area is flat with lots of trails and parks throughout the neighborhood that are kid friendly.  It is also a great central location close to shopping in the Kimball Junction

Increase Curb Appeal in Park City

Custom Wood Garage Doors

Last year I purchased a beautiful custom wood garage door for my Park City Utah home from Carriage House Door Company.  I found that the new wood garage door helped to increase my home's curb appeal.  I've been working on various remodel projects around my home and this was an easy one that added a big impact to my home quickly.  One of my clients also purchased a beautiful  custom wood door from Carriage House Door Company after they saw my beautiful door which looks like piece of furniture.  Cameron who is their local representative in Utah is great to work with.

Round Valley Trails

Park City Utah

Park City Utah Homes

This weekend my husband and I enjoyed some early season mountain biking on the Round Valley trails.  The trails in this area are the first to open up in the spring for hiking and mountain biking.  In the winter this area is great for cross country skiing and snow shoeing.  The picture above is looking at one of the trail heads in the Park Meadows area.  There are five trail heads for the Round Valley Trails.  There are two in the Park Meadows area, one on Old Ranch Road, one in the Trailside Park area and one in Quinns Junction near the Park City Ice Rink.  My favorite trailhead is at Quinns Junction since there is a lot of parking and bathrooms.
