There are many great neighborhoods in the Park City area to consider when purchasing property. For some buyers walking distance to Park City's Main Street area is important and others may prefer a ski in ski out location at one of Park City's three ski resorts and yet others are planning to relocate their family to live here full time so they are looking for family friendly locations with easy access to trails and parks.

An exciting development this week with the Vail Resorts & Talisker vs Park City Mountain Resort litigation that has been going on for about 3 years. They settled the lawsuit with Vail buying Park City Mountain Resort so Vail Resorts will now manage both Canyons Resort and Park City Mountain Resort.
The Basin Recreation Center recently added a new fenced dog park next to the popular Willow Creek Park. The Willow Creek Park has long been a locals favorite park for families with young kids. Many travel from other neighborhoods to enjoy this area. The new dog park has been a great addition to this popular area. It offers two large fenced areas. One area is a large grassy field great for throwing balls or a frisbee. The other area is a large pond for dogs that enjoy swimming. There is plenty of parking as well as restroom facilities. As you can see in the pictures below you can also enjoy some wonderful mountain views of the Canyons Ski Resort area.

…Summer is a great time to explore the many miles of trails in the Park City Utah area. If you are new to the area and enjoy mountain biking, the weekly group rides with White Pine Touring are a great way to meet other liked minded folks as well as get to know the trails. They offer a variety of levels to ride with from beginner to advanced.
Several years ago I took advantage of their Ladies Mountain Bike rides lead by Team Sugar which are on Tuesday nights. If you are a women, then you may want to check out the Tuesday night Ladies mountain bike rides at White Pine Touring which are at the same time.
