First Tracks at Canyons Resort is such a great experience

Yesterday I was able to experience First Tracks at Canyons Resort for the first time. It was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this program. I'm lucky enough to enjoy it on a regular basis as part of my Canyons Club Membership on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays but anyone can enjoy it with an additional fee on top of their day pass or season pass. The program takes those signed up with a group of guides and an Olympian on the slopes at 7:30 am till 9:00am to allow access to the mountain before the resort opens to the general public. We follow as a group with the guides. Since we didn't have fresh snow yesterday I was able to experience freshly groomed trails. It definately is a great way to enjoy the powder on powder days…

The Quick Start Program for the Park City Ski areas (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort) is back for the 2007/2008 ski season. This program allows for individuals with out of state id's and a boarding pass for that day to ski free the day they arrive in Park City. With so many direct flights to the Salt Lake City International Airport, it is possible to be skiing in Park City the day you arrive. Enjoy free parking at the Park City Ski Resorts which include Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort & the Canyons Resort. They all offer free parking in their parking lots. I was recently working with some buyers who had asked me about it. They indicated at the Vail Ski Resort it does cost about $25 per day to park in their parking lot so I thought it might be good to let people know that it is free at the ski resorts in Park City Utah. One of the best amenities that the Park City area offers to residents and visitors would be the free public transit system. Besides offering free transportation in town in Park City it's service also extends into the outlying areas of Park City such as Kimball Junction and the Outlet Mall. New construction resale condos at the Canyons Resort

The new Silverado Condohotel Project at the Canyons Resort has finished and so condos are starting to close. We are starting to see resale units hit the market starting at $249,900 for a studio. There are also a few developer 2 bedroom units on the market as well. The resales tend to be flexible in pricing whereas developer units aren't (the price is the price). This week there was the first release of a new ski & golf villa project at the Canyons Resort Village area in Park City Utah. These villas are currently starting at $995,000.
This new development is on a private drive that is tucked between two rolling fairways and just below the ski slopes at the Canyons Resort in the winter.
