The Quick Start Program for the Park City Ski areas (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort) is back for the 2007/2008 ski season. This program allows for individuals with out of state id's and a boarding pass for that day to ski free the day they arrive in Park City. With so many direct flights to the Salt Lake City International Airport, it is possible to be skiing in Park City the day you arrive. The new Silverado Condohotel Project at the Canyons Resort has finished and so condos are starting to close. We are starting to see resale units hit the market starting at $249,900 for a studio. The Canyons Resort spent 10 million dollars in improvements at the resort for the 2006/2007 ski season. The new Dream Catcher quad lift opens up 200 plus acres of new pristine terrain. The Red Pine Lodge has been expanded to now seat 175 people. The Tombstone Express lift has been upgraded to a high speed 6-pack. High End Resort Spa Planned for a New Condo Project at the Canyons Resort in Park City

The other day, I had a conversation with one of the listing agents for the new Dakota Mountain Lodge Condohotel project at The Canyons Resort area in Park City Utah. He informed me that the Golden Door Spa will be going into the Dakota Mountain Lodge. There will also be a nice higher end restaurant which is yet to be determined. The announcement for the Red Door Spa hasn't gone public yet but I thought it would be a great heads up for my Park City Real Estate blog readers.
