Victory Ranch a Newer Golf Community near Park City Utah

Victory Ranch is a great new golf community a short 20 minute drive from Park City Utah in the rural community of Francis.  A river truely runs through it.  About 5 miles of the Provo River which is known as a blue ribbon fly fishing river runs through this great new golf community.  If you would enjoy great views, fly fishing and open space in a gated golf community, then you may want to check out Victory Ranch.  I recently visited Victory Ranch and was impressed with the size of the lots and the views compared to other local golf communities.  The lots seemed larger for the same price that I've seen at other golf communities that are more developed.  They seemed to average in size at nearly 2 acres.  Most other private golf communities in…

         I just recently toured Talisman which is a brand new golf community that has released lots for sale.  It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.  This new gated community is about 20 minutes from Park City and will offer its owners a ski lodge at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort besides its own little ski resort on site.  The location of this new golf community offers some amazing views of Deer Valley resort and Mt. New Ski & Golf Villa Project at the Canyons Resort

        This week there was the first release of a new ski & golf villa project at the Canyons Resort Village area in Park City Utah.  These villas are currently starting at $995,000.  This new development is on a private drive that is tucked between two rolling fairways and just below the ski slopes at the Canyons Resort in the winter.  The neighborhood is a short walk to the proposed gondola.  The townhomes will offer a rustic mountain lodge feel with dramatic timber beams and breathtaking views from the east to bring in the morning sun. High End Resort Spa Planned for a New Condo Project at the Canyons Resort in Park City

        The other day, I had a conversation with one of the listing agents for the new Dakota Mountain Lodge Condohotel project at The Canyons Resort area in Park City Utah.  He informed me that the Golden Door Spa will be going into the Dakota Mountain Lodge.  There will also be a nice higher end restaurant which is yet to be determined.  The announcement for the Red Door Spa hasn't gone public yet but I thought it would be a great heads up for my Park City Real Estate blog readers.  There will be another release of reservations for this great condohotel development  some time in Novemeber.   So contact me soon if this development might interest you so I can help you get a reservation on this great pre-construction project…

Great Things Planned for the Canyons Resort Area in Park City Utah

          I just met with the Canyons Resort Village Management Association Director the other day.  She over sees the Canyons SPA (Specially Planned Area).  There is a lot planned for in the area and they are just in the beginning stages for this up and coming four seasons village community surrounding the Canyons Resort both at the base and up on the ski hill.  Only 10% of the planned area is currently developed so it is a good time to buy in at the Canyons Village Area.  It will eventually rival ski resort villages such as Vail Village.  But the biggest advantage it will have over other ski resort villages is the easy access from an Internation Airport which is only a 30 minute drive away.  The clients I speak to say that is the…
