Park City Condominium Sales for 2008 by Park City Area In the greater Park City area the number of transactions were 483 in 2008 which was down by 39% compared to 2007 and the median sold price of a condo was $495,000 in 2008 which was down by 12% compared to 2007.  In the Park City city limits the number of transactions were down by 45% in 2008 and the median sold price was $825,000 which was down by 17% compared to 2007.  In the Snyderville Basin area the number of transactions were down by 31% and the median sold price  was $430,000 which was down by 2% compared to 2007.  Data obtained from the Park City MLS.   If you are looking to take advantage of the current real estate market in the Park City area to finally get a great…
