First Quarter 2012 Park City Market Update

First Quarter Park City Market Update

Inventory for single family homes in the Park City area for the first quarter of 2012 is down by about 17.4% compared to the first quarter of 2011 (847 vs 1029).  The average sold price for single family homes is down by about 9.2% compared to the first quarter of 2011 ($803,296 vs $885,172).  The number of sold homes is down by 11.5% compared to first quarter of 2011 (139 vs 157).

 

Inventory for condo/townhomes in the Park City area for the first quarter of 2012 is down by about 8.6% compared to the first quarter of 2011 (680 vs 744).  The average sold price for condo/townhomes is up by about 8.9% compared to the first quarter of 2011 ($748,524 vs $ 687,382). The number of sold condos/townhomes is up 6.3% compared to first quarter of 2011 (135 vs 127).
