I recently visited the Lookout at Deer Valley planned unit development. It is a great option if you are looking to purchase a new construction vacation home at Deer Valley Resort. The price per square foot for these luxury new homes are about $200 to $400 per square feet less than comparable ski in ski out homes at Deer Valley Resort.
