New Park City Real Estate Development in Pinebrook

Quarry Village is becoming a mini version of Redstone Village at Kimball Junction. It offers as an anchor Albertsons Grocery Store. There are several restaurants now which include Buono Vita Italian Restaurant, Oh Shucks Bar & Grill, Ahh Sushi and a bagel sandwich shop. The new Courtyards at Quarry Village offers townhomes right next to the Quarry Village within a very short walk with prices starting at $495,000 for the smaller 2 bedroom units. The finishes they are offering look very nice with granite counters and solid wood interior doors as well as two car garages and heated driveways. Though they don't offer any special amenties.
