Number of Transactions were 81 which was down 41.7% compared to 2007
Average Sold Price was $2,138,682 which was down 3.5% compared to 2007
Park City Snyderville Basin Area
Number of Transactions were 208 which was down 39.2% compared to 2007
Average Sold Price was $993,090 which was down 18.8% compared to 2007
