Park City Utah Median Prices & Low Interest Rates Impact on Affordability
Recently I was reviewing some interesting data presented by local Park City lender Rick Klein at Wells Fargo.  The Median Park City Prices for July 2012 were the same for July 2006 but the current interest rates are extremely lower compared to 2006.Â
This data sure shows that this is the time to buy property in Park City if you've been considering purchasing real estate in Park City with a loan. I even find that the rates are so attractive that folks who considered buying with cash are taking out a loan for a portion of the purchase to take advantage of this unique time with incredibly low interest rates.Â
