We love the free outdoor summer concerts, but they're coming to a close. This was last Sunday evening in Quarry Village, just off the Jeremy Ranch exit on the Pinebrook side.
Summer traditionally ends with Labor Day festivities, or Miner's Day as we call it here. Meanwhile, starting at the higher elevations, the leaves have been changing color for almost a month now. As summer gives way to fall here in Park City, that means snow is on the way. As a matter of fact, there is a chance of snow in the forecast over 10,000ft on Labor Day weekend! As a token of the transition from summer to winter activities, here is a picture from the yurt at Park City with Deer Valley in the distance.
