Single Family Vacation Home and Nightly Rentals

If you are looking to buy a single family home in the Park City Utah area and would like to place it in a nightly rental pool, be careful about the neighborhood you choose.  Not all neighborhoods are zoned to allow for nightly rentals in the Park City area. Placing your vacation home in a nightly rental pool can help generate some income to help off set costs of ownership when you aren't using the property.  It is best to work with one of the Local Park City Realtors who will help look out for your best interests first so that you don't end up buying in a neighborhood that will not allow it if that is what you are looking for. There are also some neighborhoods that don't allow condominiums to be placed in a nightly rental pool but more do allow it than with single family home neighborhoods in the Park City area.
