Victory Ranch a Newer Golf Community near Park City Utah

Victory Ranch is a great new golf community a short 20 minute drive from Park City Utah in the rural community of Francis. A river truely runs through it. About 5 miles of the Provo River which is known as a blue ribbon fly fishing river runs through this great new golf community. If you would enjoy great views, fly fishing and open space in a gated golf community, then you may want to check out Victory Ranch. I recently visited Victory Ranch and was impressed with the size of the lots and the views compared to other local golf communities. The lots seemed larger for the same price that I've seen at other golf communities that are more developed. They seemed to average in size at nearly 2 acres. Most other private golf communities in the area average closer to 1 acre. Victory ranch is dedicating about 3200 acres to open space of its 5600 acres which seems like a large portion. Lot prices start in the low $400,000's. The golf course at Victory Ranch will be a Rees Jones designed golf course and is currently under construction.
