Many find the Upper Deer Valley Resort area appealing due to the Silver Lake Village area and lodge. There are several great restaurants and shops located in the Silver Lake Village. One of the most popular restaurants is Mariposa which is only open during the ski season. In the Upper Deer Valley area you will find ski condos, ski townhomes and ski homes. There are a couple of newer construction condo developments in this area such as Goldener Hirsch and Stein Eriksen Residences. There is also a gated luxury ski home community Bald Eagle.
